My approach to movement is rooted in healing through self-discovery—helping you understand your body and how it’s meant to move. By focusing on human foundational patterns like standing, walking, running, and throwing, we create lasting change that brings more ease, strength, and confidence into your everyday life.
Each session is precise and intentional, using full-body tension patterns to restore balance and structure. This work goes beyond exercise—it’s about teaching your body to move efficiently, regulate stress, and adapt with resilience. If you’ve felt disconnected or limited, this is an invitation to return to yourself—more aligned, empowered, and fully alive.

Functional Movement Training Classes focus on Functional Patterns Training to improve posture, strength, and movement efficiency in a supportive environment. All levels are welcome.
